If you find you have entered the incorrect shipping details or ordered the wrong product please email us ASAP at email@example.com and we will attempt to correct the mistake.
In the first instance, please call or email us within 14 days of receiving the painting to advise that you have an issue
If the painting has a FAULT or arrives DAMAGED*. We will send you a pre-paid return label for you to post it back via Australia Postal Service. Upon receipt we will issue you a FULL refund. This refund will be credited back via the same method of purchase.
For security reasons we will not refund to a different card, account or person.
*Please take photos of any packaging that is damaged so we may report this to Australia Post.

We are happy to offer an exchange or refund for the cost of the painting. Shipping costs incurred will NOT be refunded in these situations. If you would like us to issue you with a pre-paid return label, the cost of this return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
The exchange or refund will be processed when the original painting has been received by us and checked that it is in its original condition.
While waiting for your item(s) to be returned and the refund processed, please continue to pay your credit card or Zippay payments.
